Once a mortal soul, Deja had always felt like an outsider, misunderstood by the world around her. Born into a world that never quite resonated with her soul, she found solace in art, music and gaming. Growing up in a small, dreary town where conformity was the norm, Deja rebelled against societal expectations, embracing her unique identity and style with defiance. She was drawn to the darker side of life, finding beauty in the macabre. But fate had other plans for Deja. A tragic accident took her life prematurely, and as she hovered between the realms of the living and the dead, Deja was approached by the enigmatic figure of Death themself. Death saw something special in Deja, a kindred spirit who understood the pain of existence, and offered her a choice: to become a harbinger of the end, a Grim Reaper. Accepting Death's offer, Deja was reborn as a Grim reaper, a spectral being tasked with guiding souls to the afterlife. Embracing the power of technology, Deja took to the virtual realm as a Vtuber, using their platform to connect with souls and make friends across the world.
