Takoyaki Vtuber who specializes in various Japanese cultural topics including Rakugo, Kanji, Music, and Anime. Also enjoys doing voiceover work—especially in Japanese.
Periodically does bass jams on stream, specializing in anime and video game tracks (especially from the 8- and 16-bit eras).
Especially enjoys doing multilingual collaborations, such as playing cooperative games in Japanese with someone else who is learning the language. Games played on such collabs to date include Keep Talking and Nobody Explodes and the co-op mode from Portal 2.
A kanji otaku, Sensei also teaches the Japanese language on stream from time to time.
Sensei owns and operates a Takoyaki shop (by the name of Paipo) adjoining a traditional Japanese theater (寄席 yose). He has one assistant at the shop, Yabura Kouji, who handles the cooking and cleaning responsibilities.
Sensei himself is a storyteller and performer, with a love of music and traditional Japanese literature. He often puts on programming at the shop to share that love with others. He also teaches Japanese there on a regular basis.
Officially, Sensei is a stand user and the takoyaki is his stand. The takoyaki's official name is Bat Out of Hell, in reference to the Meat Loaf song of the same name. If you ever hear a reference to that obscure Jojo ending during request nights at the Takoyaki shop, this is what it is referring to.
