Sybil (希维) is a female Chinese Virtual UP (bilibili content creator) affiliated with VirtuaReal, NIJISANJI's Chinese Virtual Liver branch, as part of its sixteenth generation (aka 167) alongside Kiyuu, Karisa, and Girimi.
