Nanaha Rui (ナナハルイ, 七葉琉伊 Qī yè liú yī, 七叶琉伊) is a male Chinese-Japanese Virtual UP and member of WACTOR. He debuted in early 2020 and is part of WACTOR's 1st generation along with Mitsurugi Lia, Tsukito Hana and Kogure Piyoko. His birthday is 4 August. His height is Over 150cm.

Unlike other members in WACTOR, Rui is active on Bilibili only, with no activity on YouTube, and uses mainly Chinese.

Rui is an individual of mixed Chinese and Japanese ancestry born in China, where he finished his primary school and junior high school. Now he is studying in high school in Japan.
