Libby is a male VTuber with a catgirl model who streams in English. He has a laidback, chill, and quirky personality and tends to stream a variety of games. It turned out to be a highly experimental cat food that somehow turns humans into cats, more specifically catgirls. At the time, he didn't know what it did and ate it! Now he's stuck as a catgirl until he can figure out how to change back to a human!
