Long ago, after a certain tragic story involving a Mermaid Princess and the Sea Witch who tried to help her, there was a lengthy inquisition by the Rulers of the Oceans... Many Witches of the Sea were killed, and those who did survive were driven to practice only in the most desolate of grottos. Caelia was one of the survivors, forced to hide from the world for centuries...until now.
