| Sep 5 | lore | Archaela Kirei | Original The name Archaela comes from the combination of “Archangel” and “Mikaela.” Archangel means “an angel of high rank” and Mikaela means “who is like God.” The name Kirei comes from a Japanese word (綺麗) meaning pretty or beautiful. After the creation of the universe, Earth, and all of the eleven races (Archangels, Archdemons, Angels, Demons, Humans, Elves, Dwarves, Giants, Dragonborns, Goblins, and Undeads), God abandoned his creations and left it to his ten loyal servants — the archangels — to take over everything. For billions of years, they were the highest beings of this universe. They oversaw every little thing that happened on Earth. Archaela was the strongest being and the leader of the archangels. He had many names, such as Caretaker of Neptune, The Ice Prowess, Champion of Bermuda, and The Archangel Who Drowned. Archaela could control wind, water and ice through Kykla, a rotating circle made out of wind and water that floated behind Archaela’s wings or back wherever he went. Kykla had seven unique forms on each three elements, enchanted by God himself. During the early life on the old Earth, magic played a massive role in the universe. Every race took advantage of magical powers. Then, the Existence War happened, where the demons, giants, goblins, dragonborns, and undeads, waged war against the angels, humans, elves, and dwarves. The war carried on for centuries, before Archaela unleashed the final blow using Kykla’s Seventh Ice Form: Run. The attack froze the entirety of Earth, alongside everyone in it. This prompted God to reappear and wished to reset the world once again. Archaela’s punishment was to be casted down to the new reincarnated Earth at a random period in time, separated from his archangel companions. His powers have been limited to where it’s practically useless. God told the ten archangels that at one point, they will all be called back to end the universe once and for all. Archaela landed on Earth on September 29. To match human behavior, he added the name ‘Kirei’ as his first name, which is also what his newly-found friends call him.
