Cottonie is a female Vtuber streamer personality from Hawai'i. She streams mainly variety games, usually relating to the horror genre. While her mannerisms and way of speaking is family friendly, her streams are labeled as 18+ due to the possible sensitive content that may appear on screen during streams.

Cottonie first started out as a PNG/GIF Vtuber back in July of 2022 (July 30th), then debuted officially with Live 2D on February 2nd 2024. Her real age and birthday are unknown. Rather than streaming as an actual person behind the vtuber, Cottonie refers to herself as a 2D anime girl circus performer that is incapable of human relations. She does not appreciate being lewded or shipped, as she is "not a real person" and is "just a 2D character."

Cottonie's goal is to spread sweetness to everyone. She calls her viewers her sweets, and loves to collect/gather more of them and keep adding lots and lots to her "Sweets Collection."

Cottonie's appearance and concept is heavily influenced by cotton candy, sweets, and circus themes. Her favorite symbol is a heart, which can be seen everywhere on her model. She is tan skinned, has frosty white hair with pastel pink, blue, and purple highlights, and adorns clothes that mimic cotton candy on a blue and white striped stick. Her main iconic identifiers are her heart buns, her beaded eyelashes, her "toothpaste" hair, and the blue lollipop she eats.

Cottonie has a mascot for the channel named Flossie. She serves as the channel's Live 2D TTS mascot.

A young adult girl with a sweet tooth and no recollection of anything before or beyond the circus she was raised in.

The sweet tooth she holds is so great, she eats copious amounts of lollipops. While eating them, if she needs to save them for later, she stores them in her hair for easy access. The little charms in her hair are also rock candies, which she swears are not dirty or sticky. The community has kindly dubbed the tiny hair charms little "uku-chans." (Hawai'i reference. Uku means head lice. This interaction can be seen during Cottonie's debut stream)

Cottonie's earliest memories were of being in the circus. She does not know her real name, age, or origin. All she knows is her stage name "Cottonie" that was given to her by the other members in the circus. Her love for the circus and all things relating to the circus is immeasurable.

When she is not performing, she runs the cotton candy stall outside of the circus tent to spread sweetness to everyone who decides to visit the circus. Her biggest talent is making cotton candy, but she firmly believes she is the best circus performer ever, despite the fact that her fellow carnies often tell her that she needs much more practice on her performing acts. She has tried many different acts, such as: trapeze acts, balloon blowing, knife throwing, juggling, and many others. However, she has not been able to master one.

One such character who roasts her often is her "coworker" Miss Candie Floss. "Flossie" (for short) is a fiery, sassy, tsundere cat who likes to frequent the cotton candy stall and steal sprinkles from the cart when Cottonie isn't looking. Cottonie refers to her as a coworker and an equal rather than a nuisance. Cottonie tries to get her to "work" but Flossie never wants to show up for her "shifts."

Flossie is essentially a stray cat that has been roaming the circus grounds for a long time and has made the circus her home. In this way, Cottonie feels that they are similar, and she feels a connection to Flossie. Flossie is an American Curl breed with white fur and blue crystal-colored eyes. She pretends to be a lion by taking some of the cotton candy from Cottonie's stall and sticking it to her tail and around her neck as a mane. Whenever she steals sprinkles to munch on, some inevitably get in the cotton candy she uses as her lion disguise. Her favorite past-time is "bothering" Cottonie, yet Cottonie never seems to be bothered by her.
