Humans wanted to colonize parts of the ocean due to overpopulation and lack of land. In an effort to colonize parts of the sea, they must collect data and rust tests. Their first test results in the ability to genetically engineer humans to be able to thrive underwater as part human and shark. Sharksy is one of the first to be engineered.
