Richard Progress

At first glance Richard looks like a Duck human hybrid. But Richard is more than that he's the manager of VOFF and not as competent as he claims. Looking sharp as always with a suit, Richard claims that this is a business essential item. Richard is a bit of a birdbrain; He will do a bit of FOUL play (He made me write those help).

Richard was born during a hot and humid July, on Lake Michigan. Son of two completely normal looking ducks (No they do not know why he looks like that). They loved him and raised him regardless, Though Richard had a Knack. He had an increased intelligence from an early. When Richard was one year old he had discovered the Magazine Fitness Monthly, And next to it laid a Business Magazine called Malpractice or Nopractice. At which point he spread his "Wings" and founded VOFF.
