Saiken is a newly-graduated doctor who is currently practicing internal medicine as a second-year resident in the United States. For some reason, he continues to possess an unshakeable desire to stream video games even while his life is 70% inpatient wards and ACGME-mandated duty hour regulations. He streams a variety of games ranging from his disappointing addiction to League of Legends to the most obscure (read: borderline against broadcast TOS) of visual novels.
