Skylar Raphael is an agender American VTuber who primarily makes music content. As a content creator, they currently do instrumental covers while playing the harmonica. They hope to get into karaoke, chatting, and gaming streams in the future. They started playing the harmonica because they heard a song on the radio with an intense, soulful harmonica solo from their biggest musical influence, Terry McMillan. As of July 23, 2024, they have been playing for almost 6 years.

Skylar lives in a dystopian society in the year 2030, where a lot of expressive art including music has been banned. They were formerly one of the highest payed musicians in heaven's gospel band, being a harmonica player with a soulful playing style. However when heaven was corrupted by millionares in 2025, they were arrested for playing their harmonica and singing a "provocative" song about their struggles with mental health, serving a total 5 years in prison. In 2030, they were released and "fell" from heaven as an outlaw. Now Skylar lives in a far away city on Earth, trying to conceal their identity but are just seen as a chuunibyou (somebody with grandiose delusions) to the people on Earth.
