Shadow lived in a quiet village with the other hyenas when a great tragedy happened and an unknown force destroyed everyone and everything in his village and before he was destroyed something pulled him into a new world that he lives know. He took on a human form but is still trying to rebuild his old village which is now known as the shadow village.
