Xinebi Ven is an alien from another galaxy. When she came of age, she was sent out into the wider galactic community to find an unexplored world and research it, bringing the knowledge she learns back to her planet so that her people may benefit from it. She has been orbiting Earth for 10 years inside her spaceship and is a self-proclaimed "Earthaboo," finding herself entranced and obsessed with Earth culture.
