He's from the 90's. Stuck in 1998 to be exact. He's able to communicate with our current timeline via his strange PC he picked up in a mysterious PC shop in Akihabara. The Nostradamus 2k, created by Tempus Industries. He doesn't know a ton about the company, or technology behind this strange ability to time travel but he's always investigating!
